02

Compression Systems & Skid Packages

Mechanical package fabrication, structural assembly, piping and tubing integration, NDT, hydrotesting, abrasive blasting, industrial coating, loadout, transport, field installation, alignment, and modification.

03

Field Fabrication & Mechanical Construction

Site fabrication, field welding, structural support work, equipment modifications, platforms, miscellaneous steel, and rapid-response industrial repair.

04

Equipment Setting, Alignment & Repair

Rigging coordination, setting, mechanical assembly, alignment, piping connections, equipment modifications, rotating-equipment support, and field repair.

05

Hydrostatic & Pneumatic Testing

Test planning, isolation and test fixtures, filling and venting, controlled pressurization, hold documentation, depressurization, inspection coordination, and reports.

06

Code Repair & Pressure Equipment

ASME and National Board work performed within authorized scope using qualified welding procedures/personnel, required inspection, material controls, and traceable records.

07

Industrial Maintenance & Modifications

Shutdown and outage support, piping reroutes, equipment modifications, emergency repair, small capital work, field changes, and owner-driven maintenance scopes.

08

Turnkey Project Execution

TSW brings shop fabrication, surface finishing, transport, field installation, testing, specialty vendors, documentation, and closeout together around one project plan.

09

Abrasive Blasting & Industrial Coatings

Industrial surface preparation, abrasive blasting, shop coating and painting of fabricated steel, safety platforms, piping, and equipment to specified project requirements.

10

Transport & Project Logistics

Shop loadout, securement, transport, jobsite delivery, and installation coordination for fabricated platforms, skid packages, piping, and industrial equipment.

NDE & Inspection Support

Level III support is established through Globe X-Ray for RT, UT, MT, and PT as needed, with qualified inspection resources aligned to the project.

High-Pressure Testing

Capability through 10,000 psi. Documented completed high-pressure piping project work includes hydrostatic testing to 5,455 psig.

Flexible Execution Model

TSW leads the work and aligns project-appropriate facilities, equipment, qualified partners, specialty vendors, and inspection resources to the scope.

SAFETY & PROJECT CONTROLS

Plan the work. Control the hazards. Execute.

TSW maintains written safety procedures and project-specific planning for industrial field work. Site and customer requirements are incorporated into the job plan before work begins.

OSHA 30-Hour ConstructionOwner / management course completion with direct project and safety coordination responsibility.
JSA / JHA & Pre-Task PlanningHazard review, daily planning, work-area inspection, stop-work authority, and corrective-action controls.
LOTO, Hot Work & Confined SpaceWritten controls for hazardous energy, permit work, atmospheric hazards, access, isolation, and task-specific precautions.
PPE, HazCom & Fall ProtectionWritten procedures addressing PPE, SDS / hazard communication, respiratory protection, elevated work, and site-specific training.
QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION

Built right. Checked before handoff.

Quality starts at fit-up—not at the end of the job. TSW builds around approved procedures, material controls, inspection hold points, required testing, and complete records. The goal is a finished scope ready for acceptance, not a stack of corrections.

  • WPS / PQR / WPQ-controlled welding
  • NDE coordination and Level III support
  • Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing documentation
  • ASME U and National Board R authorized work
  • Traceable project turnover records
  • Field change and repair documentation
